What a Life Path number describes
In 9Glyph, the Life Path is interpreted as a broad symbolic lens for direction, recurring developmental themes, and growth.
It is not treated as a fixed prediction about your future, personality, relationships, wealth, health, or life events.
How the Life Path calculation works
First, the birth month, birth day, and birth year are reduced separately. The three resulting values are then added together and the combined total is reduced to the final Life Path number.
The method preserves Master Numbers 11, 22, and 33 whenever one appears during a preserve-Masters reduction step. A preserved Master Number also keeps its single-digit root visible: 11/2, 22/4, or 33/6.
Karmic Debt is checked only at the meaningful final compound position. The recognized compounds are 13/4, 14/5, 16/7, and 19/1.

In the method used here, 11, 22, and 33 are preserved rather than immediately reduced to 2, 4, and 6. Their single-digit roots remain relevant, but a Master Number is not treated as better, higher, or more valuable than another Life Path.
Can two people have the same Life Path number?
Yes. Different birth dates can reduce to the same final Life Path number. Their calculation steps may be different even when the final number matches.
What does Karmic Debt mean in this calculator?
9Glyph recognizes the compounds 13/4, 14/5, 16/7, and 19/1 when they occur at the meaningful final compound position. They are presented as additional growth lenses, not as punishment, certainty, or a prediction of bad events.
